For CAD/Documentation Services:
All digital deliverables remain the property of Zaiss Home Services & Technology LLC until paid in full.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us directly.

CAD/Documentation Services may not be refundable once drafting work has begun (see Refund Policy).

For CAD, blueprints, or documentation services:

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client-provided data.

As-built drawings represent conditions observed on-site; hidden conditions cannot be guaranteed.
