Service availability depends on:

  • Your location

  • Scheduling and project scope

  • Material availability

  • Safety considerations

All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated.
All CAD and documentation work is delivered digitally unless agreed otherwise.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are provided at the time services are delivered.

We may require:

  • A deposit (especially for custom fabrication or CAD work)

  • Payment for materials upfront

  • Full payment upon project completion

Failure to pay for completed work may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Suspension of future services

  • Legal action or collection processes

For CAD/Documentation Services:
All digital deliverables remain the property of Zaiss Home Services & Technology LLC until paid in full.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us directly.

We may cancel or postpone services due to:

  • Unsafe job conditions

  • Severe weather

  • Equipment failure or unavailable materials

  • Technical issues

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Non-payment or failure to approve necessary estimates

CAD/Documentation Services may not be refundable once drafting work has begun (see Refund Policy).

5. Accuracy of Information

For CAD, blueprints, or documentation services:

  • You are responsible for ensuring measurements, access, and details you provide are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client-provided data.

  • As-built drawings represent conditions observed on-site; hidden conditions cannot be guaranteed.

6. Liability

Zaiss Home Services & Technology LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by misuse or modification of installed products

  • Pre-existing home issues that interfere with repairs or installs

  • Work performed by third-party vendors or subcontractors

  • Delays caused by material shortages or manufacturer defects

All services are provided “as-is” and at your own risk to the fullest extent allowed by law.

CAD/Documentation output is for informational or planning use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, service descriptions, CAD files, images, and documentation, is owned by Zaiss Home Services & Technology LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Resell

  • Republish

  • Modify

  • Distribute

any of our digital materials without written permission.
